Damn! You can tell how high level Dewey Cooper is!! Impressive.

Just watching that furious 5 kick set made me tired. Coach Cooper looks like he can get in the ring right now for a round or two with the young kids. This is definitely a great demonstration on how big the transition is from katas to pro combat sports.

I saw this video today for the first time. I have been a follower for some time and I found your background videos, the presentation videos of other styles and topics super interesting. I like it that you give all your interview partners a professional base to tell their story. To present themselves. Fair and professional. But I was really blown away by this video. Because it shows what's inside you, it shows that you don't "hide" the fact that you also can get exhausted. AND you did not "erase" the fight video at the end but you showed that you are no "VIP superhuman" but you also let us participate in a very private moment. And thumbs up for a rematch. But already having Michael Jai White in one's contact list must be amazing. :)

Buddy, there are limits. In every way. We are human, limited strength, wisdom, intelligence, capacity for compassion.... That is what being human is. Does not mean you cant have fighting spirit, tremendous courage, bravery, strength of heart. But that there are no limits talk is stupid. Sit next to dying people... You will see how that " there are no limits" stuff works. ( By the way, life on planet earth would be better too if we understood that there are limits). So, great coach or not ... get that there are limits. No limits is not spirituality its childish nonsense.

The coaches teachings and words really stuck with me cus I came from a Taekwondo background and when I moved to the more Kickboxing hybrid MMA stuff I was also having trouble with, always being on guard, throwing a jab faster or just more proper punching in general. I still train in kickboxing today and the coach's words will be a great lesson for me.

Even the closing remarks were, wait for it, REMARKABLE. GREAT VIDEO from top to bottom
