36 hours in DUBLIN, IRELAND 2023

In September 2023 I took the chance and got a cheap Ryanair flight to Dublin. Since the hotels in the city seem to be unaffordable, the next new experience came on top: staying in a hostel. After a 3-hour delay, I arrived over-slept at 5 am in Dublin and had from then on 36 hours to explore the city until I flew home again. In this tight window of time I saw as much as I could, along the river Liffey, Dublin Castle, Temple Bar, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Christchurch Cathedral, Guinnes Brewery, Trinity College, Phoenix Park and a nightly pub crawl.... we just couldn't do more, but it was great.
