How thick are these elements? Did you add any reinforcement so it wouldn't crack?

I want to use dispersed reinforcement (polypropylene fibers) mixed with concrete. The dimensions of my pot will be 98cm x 18cm x 30cm. I plan to make the elements 15mm thick and I'm a little worried about the long side cracking.
