Incredible! Even the show Prison Break has multiple protagonists. The main characters literally can't trust anybody because everyone has a secret motive or agenda that gets in the way of the protagonists, Michael Scofield. In many films, there can be a main villain and characters who aid the main villain (supporting protagonists) or the villains followers. With the antagonists or the hero it can be the same too. I love this channel so much i want to thank Studio Binder for being my teachers! I can't thank you enough! I will be sure to credit you guys in my films and refer you guys to all my friends in the film industry.

I disagree with Cypher (in Matrix). Agent Smith IS the antagonist and the only one. Cypher is the "betrayer", like Grima in LotR. Calling them antagonists is just too much. A hidden Antagonist is in Along Came a spider or The Bone collector.

In the tv show The Prisoner, the main character faced a different antagonist each episode, in the form of the new number 2. Some of them were straight up evil villains and some were more nuanced characters. In most of the episodes the antagonists drove the plot “by hook or by crook” and it was up to number 6 to foil their plots. In a few episodes 6 took the initiative to try and escape. Those were the best stories where the protagonist and antagonist were pitted against each other

My favorite is the inner antagonist. Such as in eyes wide shut. Some would say Bill's lawyer friend is the antagonist but Ziegler doesn't try and stop Bill from anything, Ziegler is not an obstacle. Some would say, the Red Hood is the antagonist. Nope. He's just trying to have a party and be left alone, his doors are not open and his invitations are reserved. Bill is fighting himself, the antagonist is the ghost in his and his wife's head.
I think these arches were blended in Nolan's 2010 Inception, of course Mai was the villain , but Mai was also in Cobb's head, with an equal struggle fighting the antagonist in Fischer and Saito's mind as well. Thanks Studio binder for sharing such great insight.

Killmonger is not an antivillain. He definitely shouldn't be included in that.
He is THE villain, first of all, so that is automatically his role. Also, his goal is the antithesis to the hero's goal, as his view on the world.

Having the antithesis viewpoint or goal makes someone the villain not the antivaillain, which is very confusing name to begin with.

And since Antivillains are characters with good morals who go about their goals in abhorrent ways, you can argue that Killmonger fits that description only if you believe that genocide is a moral goal.
He wanted to kill, not just fix a problem. That is what makes him irredeemable.

I, personally, think Trump has many good statements and plans for the US, BUT the rest of the world is scared, and that's because of his opinions on NATO. Could you make a video about that?
