The bald guy is very good at explaining things in a way that makes them sound epic and cool when, in reality, it's usually the exact opposite, to the point where it's almost convincing and you have to think again before establishing that said thing is in fact not epic or cool.

Mook sounds great. I often don't get excited to listen new bands because it's so often disappointing to me.

Frost* is one of my favourites. The album Fallen Satelites, where Towerblocks comes from, was my initial entrance to them. And back in 2019 I was listening to the album to death. The guitar solo by Joe Satriani on Closer To The Sun is the peak moment on a great trip, for me.

Patrick, As a direct counter to the discussion on song 3, listen to Chris Rea. It’s got that vibe. I personally enjoy The Blue Cafe, but almost any of his music hits.

Over the course of your Metallica reactions I've grown to really like the 3 of you and even though I only started listening to you guys as background noise while doing other things, I'm genuinely interested in what you guys have to say now. Teasing the idea of these 3 music taste videos in the Metallica reactions might have been an accidental genius move, as I now find myself genuinely excited to watch them all and hear what songs you have picked. Love from Finland! :)
