Even factory reset is not working bcoz i downgraded my android version,any solutions???

here is a test for you.. i am trying to install Mi Mover on my old redmi.. it used to have it, idk what ive done to remove it.. but when i go to google to reinstall it it wont.. says it cant.. when i download the apk from online Mi store, it says it cant install it because its on my phone.. i have looked EVERYWHERE and it is no where to be found on my phone.. in apps, in the files, data.. nothing.. xiaomi support has been useless telling me i have to wait for a new update.. but god knows when that wil be.. and asking the app developer wont happen cause their email doesnt exist anymore.. (typical Xiaomi)
Any ideas? so far this didnt help me.. but maybe u have other idas? - phone is not rooted nor does it have a boogleg on it. just for ref..

If you have a OnePlus and got this problem, unfortunately you have to do factory reset to fix it.
