WHAT TO USE? Lightroom Classic vs Lightroom CC

My friends lost their files stored on cloud and adobe support just told them they can't help - end of the case. So I wouldt trust it with any important files.

Had to laugh. I recently deleted my data drive by mistake. It included all my images from the last 4 years. Fortunately, File History and Google Photos, were sufficient for restoration. I wish Adobe would offer an automated backup solution to backup a few TBs of images plus the last couple of catalog backups AUTOMATICALLY.
That would be a step forward.
