Great documentary. I've seen it before years ago and I thought he went into how the mountain was volcanic and its eruption presumably led them to abandon the walled garden?

In my opinion, the Garden of Eden is located in the wrong place, and there are several reasons why. The first reason is that this alleged garden of Eden does not look like the garden of Eden according to the description, it is too harsh, steppe, too little forest vegetation, harsh mountain climate. In the Garden of Eden, according to the description, man lived naked, without clothes, and in this harsh climate that would be impossible. The Garden of Eden would have to be in tropical Africa, where there is a lot of different vegetation, where there are different edible fruits, where the climate is warm and where man can live naked. The first man in the world supposedly lived and was located in East Africa, somewhere in the area of northern Tanzania. Using DNA, it was discovered that he is the ancestor of all people today and that he lived 60,000 years ago. That would be the first scientific Adam. According to that logic, Eden would have to be exactly in that part of Africa, because man is a tropical being that belongs to a tropical climate. The Eden that is geographically described in the Bible is an allegory of perhaps the former true Eden that was located in East Africa.

In as much as scholars and everyone one else has been searching for the geography of Eden on the terrestrial rivers, they are bound to never get to that location.

My postulation is that the rivers referred to in Eden were instead the atmospheric rivers system, which modern science is only coming to terms with, but whose knowledge and attributes was well defined in ancient science as was held by the ancient Egyptians. (See Gerald Massey and the Egyptian sky waters division)

Only by considering these rivers to be the atmospheric, will a river system bifurcate to hydrate all the land of Cush, and another arm flow to become the atmospheric water source of the Euphrates.

And from this newly learned science will the land Eden be identified.

I think the re image of the garden would've had giant trees and fruits we've never seen. Also animals that just don't exist anymore from the fall of man. The air and climate would absolutely support giant tree's, animals, fruits and Adam and Eve were probably 8' to 9' ft tall and in top physical health, hence all the yrs they lived...

Did anyone ever realize that the Biblical Garden of Eden was totally destroyed when the Great Flood occurred. The flood would have totally altered the surface of planet earth, and new rivers, mountains, deserts, hills, and valleys, would have been created; unrecognizable by post flood earthlings. Whatever rivers ran through the Eden, no longer existed, so the names of those rivers are irrelevant, other than as they relate to the pre flood story of the Adamites. The Eden (bio-dome) could have been anywhere on planet earth or even above earth.

Juris Zarins might have disagreed. If the Garden lay where four headwaters met, then why would the Garden of Eden lie in the Zagros Mountains to the East of the rivers? If that is the Gihon, then where does it connect to the other two rivers, the Tigris, and the Euphrates? The Pishon, according to that map, would likely be the Gihon. I think that you confused the Pishon, with the Gihon. The Pishon flowed from the West to the East, on the other side of Eden.

Here is where the Garden of Eden was:

The Pison River, now called the Pamir River had been called the High Indus River for centuries. Note: Indus and Tigris, makes its first split as it pours off the Pamirs. That first split, the Hiddekel, flows east, away from ancient Assyria that originally resided on the western slopes of the Pamirs as of the time of this record. The Hiddekel flows down into the Tarim Basin of Western China. The Pamir/Pison/High Indus, note: the Tigris River in the middle east was named after the High Indus, flowed west and then south breaking through a mountain pass forming the Jaxartes River. The Euphrates River in the middle east is named after this River. Ancient Ethiopia was first on the Pakistan Plateau before these peoples moved to central India, then to the Persian Gulf region, then a long the Nile and finally south of Sudan. The Pamir/Pison/High Indus River broke through another pass before reaching Kabul Afghanistan that is now called the Oxus River but had been called the Dighon for centuries. It is called the Gihon River in the Genesis account.

These are the only four rivers with one source that match the description in the book of Genesis throughout all of Asia.

As early as 5300 BC the beginning of the first civilization on the planet earth began in west central China now called the Tarim Basin The name of that first city was "Enoch" and the region was commonly called, "the land of Nod" because the ruler of this region "uncontrollably wagged his head." The oldest dynasties of China today trace their roots to this civilization. Cain was Idled! This characteristic or 'mark' prevented any would be aggressors for fear of contracting the same unusual characteristics.This idea was used in the modern movie "Dances with Wolves. They thought that Costner was Idled, or had an evil spirit or even a commutable disease. These white people on the southeastern edge of the Pamir Plataea had descended along the south side of the Kaxgar river biblically called the Hiddekel just north of the Kush mountains, north of modern day India. Their origin was from a garden that is now under lake Karakul.

This civilization grew to fill the entire Tarim Basin over the next 1700 years becoming very crowded resulting in many territory disputes. Their technological advances would surprise many today. Their disputes grew to extreme violence and in the year 3520 BC a massive hurricane ran up the Indus valley and over these mountains settling over the Tarim Basin and rained for better than 6 weeks. The fresh water inland sea that covered Kazakhstan (the Areal Sea was its deepest hole) also broke through the Tian Shan mountains contributing to this flood. Only one white family of eight people survived this event by building a large boat that floated them and many of the creatures of this region out resting on the northern slopes of the Kush Mountains. Many of the Asian peoples to the east survived this flood by ascending the highlands and mountains in eastern China as this flood drained off over the years that followed.

Noah and his family floated in the flood a year and ten days. See the age of Noah before and after the event in the Bible. This flood did not need to cover the entire earth to punish the violent Adamites in the Tarim Basin nor when your Bible reads "Caesar taxed all the world" Luke 2:1 did this include North America.

Over the next two centuries the survivors in this boat/Ark multiplied and expanded across the Kush Mountains as the waters in the Tarim Basin drained off through the valley's of Tibet to the south and to the plains eastward into the Pacific Ocean. Some of these white people followed the shore line back into the Tarim Basin while some became mountain dwellers. Some of these peoples descended these mountains, the Kush Mountains, to the west first settling on the Afghanistan Plateau and built the first city west of the Himalayan mountains as early as 3300 BC . This city was then called 'Olympus,' named after the wife of Havilah, Olympia. The white people (mummies) being dug up in the Tarim Basin today are the descendants of those white people who followed the shore line back down into the Tarim Basin as the waters from this flood drained off.

If much deeper digs were conducted in the Tarim Basin the first civilization would become evident.

Havilah was the son of Cush from whom we get the name for the Kush Mountains. Cush was.called Zeus by the Greeks of the 6th century BC. Cush was a son of Ham. Ham was one of the three sons of Noah. The Greeks called Noah 'Kronos,' and was the father of both the Titans (the direct descendants of Shem and Japheth) and the Olympians (the direct descendants of Ham). Noah (Kronos) is where we get the word for 'clock.' Noah (Kronos) finally settled on the island of Crete leaving his sons to fight over who owns what.
