Hon. Antonin Scalia, Associate Justice, Part 3

Scalia was a great and decent man. He is sorely missed. It is a shame that the criminal defense bar does not give this man the credit he deserves. Single handily he resurrected the right to confrontation. He came close to eviscerating the sentencing guidelines and would have had RBG not switched sides and voted to keep the guidelines "advisory." He also convinced the entire judiciary to hugely pull back from the use of legislative history, a horrible practice.
