Hey guys. First things first, yes I used a void hunter. I know you might be bored of seeing void hunter runs, but I used it for a good reason. That reason is how ridiculously strong Orpheus Rigs are in this grandmaster. There are countless opportunities to tether huge waves of enemies and instantly get your tether back for the next wave. It makes dealing with enemies in this nightfall much easier and much more efficient. I am actually surprised I have not seen anyone else use Orpheus Rigs all week. Though they do not offer free infinite invis, they are much more useful for an offensive invisibility playstyle, which is what I prefer. You will probably never see me run Graviton Forfeit in a grandmaster video because I find that particular playstyle of void hunter pretty boring to play and to watch.

Unfortunately I did get gold because of the bug in the beginning of this strike. I know that if you don't spawn the hive lightbearer on the bridge until after the objective updates, you will get platinum. That being said, I have done runs (in lfg groups) where we did spawn him in and we still got platinum. I wanted that to happen for this run because I didn't want to bother having to watch where I step on the bridge (and because he is just 1 more enemy to add to my tether), but I got gold... I honestly don't know why, but oh well.

For those of you that wanted to see this nightfall done on an Arcstrider or a Threadrunner, that will happen next time this grandmaster comes back into rotation (which will happen this season). I did do a few test runs using both Shinobus Vow and Assassins' Cowl, and both are definitely very doable, with the Assassins' Cowl run having the potential to be even faster than this run. I just decided to go with void this week since it works so well and I almost never use void hunter. I would use void hunter more often, it is one of my favorite subclasses, but people usually find those videos boring soooooo... I don't really expect this video to get too many views since I did use void hunter, but for those of you that did watch it, thank you! Anyhow, hope you enjoy!
