Can you generate a fiscal year calculation based on two 27-pay-period months within a 12-month period, starting in the new fiscal year in October and ending the fiscal year at the end of September, following government terms of calculation?

Is there a formula (secret or otherwise) to calculate an end date based on a start date and a number of 1- business days and/or 2- calendar days?
