How is prioritization conducted in Kanban? Does it use similar techniques to Scrum i.e. Planning Poker, MOSCOW, numbering based on team-based perspectives?

Agile scrum and Kanban are not project management tools, they are work management tools. They have several misleading assumptions, and can lead to disaster on even a moderately complex project involving complex tasks with dependencies, vendor management, workflows etc.

Thanks for the great video. Just a small correction for it: “看板” is a Chinese word. " カンバン" is the Japanese word for Kanban.
