I Heard Your Laugh from Outside and Thought It Was a Small, Wounded Dog—yes, that's their name—is a self-described 'shitty' screamo Portland-based group that has embraced canonical screamo tropes and updated them with exuberant spirit, influenced by hardcore, shoegaze, and midwest emo. Kicking off our second season with four explosive, unreleased songs, I Heard Your Laugh (for short) is a powerful combination of talented musicians: Dustin (lead vocals), Robin (guitar), Myra (guitar), Leiyu (bass, vocals), and Evan (drums).

Stumpgrown is recorded live at dB Nation Productions studio in Portland, Oregon.
