Regarding the Gowning/Gloving technique shown at the beginning; NOTHING WRONG :)

It's the technique I have always used to gown and glove my surgeons (I am an OR RN). Some surgeons in some specialties will dress themselves.

In the cardiac surgery environment I prefer to do it for them because it reduces the risk of self contamination if using a questionable 'closed gloving' method. Asepsis in the OR is all about MINIMISING risk of contamination wherever possible.

Medical Physicist here - that 'canon'-like part you mentioned is an image intensifier. It's mounted on a gantry shaped like a letter C (hence the name, C-arm) and the actual X-ray tube is mounted on the other end. As someone who tests them it was good to see one being used right 😊

For the defib thing I think I have an explanation, the kick didn't flatline him, it knocked him into one of the 2 you can defib from, and knocked his body in a way that caused the sensors to come off, making appearance of flatline, her getting the crash cart was cause she recognized it was cardiac arrest and when it showed he was in one of the other 2 she started charging it.

Honestly what you said about the accuracy or lack of whichever the case is this is why I like watching guys like you (one my other favs Dr Mike) because it’s interesting to know what they did accurately and if not how something typically is done
