Hi, everyone! This is the beginning of a very simple, strength and muscle building routine for anyone getting into the gym. I increased my strength tremendously with this routine, while building masculinizing my physique at the same time.
I will probably make the entire program into a purchasable pdf at a dirt cheap price for those who want to support me, and/or want a more cohesive format of the routine. But otherwise, I’ll be posting it all here for free. Thank you.
