Jalapeno Popper Corn Skillet
Ingredients:
4 strips bacon
16oz frozen corn
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
4oz cream cheese
Directions:
Cook bacon in skillet, remove and set aside leaving the bacon drippings.
Turn heat to medium low.
Add corn and peppers to skillet, cook for 4 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and cook until cheese is melted and mixed in well.
Add crumbled cooked bacon back to skillet, mix in and serve!
