What if the animatronics aren't simply just walking around town and killing whomever, but they're specifically after Abby, Mike, and Vanessa - and just kill whoever is in their way. That would explain why they're at a school, since maybe they're specifically there because that could be where Abby goes to school now??

Springtrap Afton could be remotely controlling the new toy anamatronics and the spirits of the dead children who were transfered into the toys via the reused parts are stuck in them not being able to stop the murderous rampage. The goal of the next movie is to free the children in the toy anamatronic suits while Afton uses them to murder the townspeople

Also, I want to say something else that you maybe didn’t consider: the trailer editing. You see Toy bonnie raising that…thing to stab someone, but it doesn’t mean his victims are the people from the next shot. You see mangle breaking through the window, but it doesn’t mean Abby and friends were scared of it. (Mainly knowing that mangle has a different scene where it kills someone. )These two shots can have a chance to be at completely different places in the movie itself. Who knows, maybe they saw William, idk. Trailers often do these tricks, so i handle everything i see with a grain of salt , because I’m certain that some shots are there to raise tension, but actually will be in a different context.

Me thinks the toy animatronics are going around town using the sex offender registry and killing all the pedos before any of those people get the idea to open an animal themed restaurant.

Basically, the core elements are the same as in the first movie. Harsh or not. You said the rest. Scott or someone else realized that William only picking kids to..uh…””unalive”” is not really a wise thing to do, so now the toys don’t even pick people, they just stibby stab everyone they come across. With comically small knives, despite they could just use their giant hands with a grip a robot has. But okay…hm. I have my expectations low about this movie, sorry or not. At least the animatronics look irl as I imagined them back then, so the prop makers are crazy good.

I think that the movie is going to be about how people break into the fanf 2 location and steel the toy animatronic and show it in the fazfest and the animatronics will escape the fest and terrorize the city and killing people And the main characters will have to collect all of them and destroy them.

In the books and graphic novels Mangle has always been the one most associated with children with the children being the ones who took her apart so I think he is going to be a big child killer school roaming part also I think it’s hilarious how blumhouse said they will make it scary and how they did that was more blood death and murder

Ik for is for the 2nd movie and the fourth movie is not coming out for a long time but will they hire actors for c.c and the tormentors like Mike as Michael and his backstory just about the whole fnaf 4 game?

Something I think will be cool, it's established in the first movie that the ghosts can take apparitions in their child forms, but can only do anything through the suits. Taking this as a law of ghostliness or something, springtrap can do the same now, which gives me some awesome thoughts.

Edit: I wouldn't say AI, my theory is that William is the one sending out these robots to search for mike.

movie scripts are rarely ever only touched by one person, but the first name that shows up in credits like that is the writer that has at least 75% of their work on the final script !! so it actually is pretty strongly scott's work if he did enough to get his name as the one stated at the end!!
