Scientist in the 1950's couldn't get his work published, that claimed that if he trained worms to run a maze, and then ground up their brains and fed them to other worms, the brain eaters could also run the maze. So he started his own journal, "Worm Runner's Digest", to publish his research. Perhaps the worm in JFK's head is still alive, and seeking to upgrade its host's mental processes.

Killing differing views on information permits the government to take over every decision for the population, because if you do not know there are different views how can you make a decision on your own. Once they take over all narratives, and stop any dissenting voices from telling the people a different information, then they have most of the population agreeing with the government's point of view, they are ready, malleable, obedient to anything they are told. The rest of the population who do not agree are either imprisoned, or terrorized into being silent. That is the building blocks that is being carried out one branch at a time.
