this is dangerous for people who live in argentina 🇦🇷 like me. Here all the seeds are transgenic, they were genetically modified because of a multinational called M0ns4nt0. They are real k1ll3rs. Its assumed that the highest concentration of agrochemicals is found in the peels, which is why we throw them away or maybe use them for compost. 😢

Tbh if you just use peels as seasoning it might taste sandy and grainy.
