ОтветитьPlease more standing workouts!! I am a mom of three little ones, and don't have time to go to the gym so I workout in my garage, and it's... Dirty. I don't want to get down in the ground at all. So please more standing only workouts

ОтветитьI used a 5 kg dumbbell. I didn't feel it much in core in the 1st round. It was more like arms workout for me 🫠but i enjoyed it
Next day , my love handles muscles were sore, so quite effective I guess !

Got confused with the movement with side weight to hold weight up on top to bend on the side but ill try again
I love how simple the directions are and how challenging. I dreaded doing regular ab workouts due to back and neck pain. These are fantastic ways to engage the core. I feel like it's much more than an ab workout. So good for me who's been sedentary for almost 2 years after a care accident. Thank you!

ОтветитьI do not feel this at all. I'm no stranger to core workouts as I was very fit a few years back. Stopped after an emotional Rollercoaster and not getting back into it. Safe to say I am out of shape, but I know what I'm doing and I just do not feel this is targeting my muscles.

ОтветитьI've been following this for the past month (though I've skipped a few days, so it hasn’t been exactly 30 days). I can see that my lower belly fat has reduced a bit, and tiny abs are starting to show. Haha, thank you so much for the workout video
