I already paired my google home (phone) in my mibox S. However, when i try to do voice commands (in my phone), the google assistant cant pair with the mibox or is not responding to the commands.

Since late June my Huawei P30 Pro lost all casting functionality and features to inact with the Mini, unless I use VLC (with no volume functions). Been trying to find answers online, but no luck. No option to choose default TV for me. My TV is on ethernet. But you say it needs to be on the same wifi. Well my ethernet is the same network as the Wifi. Does this matter ?

Any help would be appreciated. I've set up the new nest and linked my Netflix account and TV, (Sony). When I request google to play something via Netflix on the TV, it goes through the initial routine, agreeing that it will do so. However it then immediately states "Sorry I can't play Netflix on Android TV yet, try using your remote instead"

I'm stumped as to what the issue is as everything is on Google's ecosystem. Any help pointers would be great. Cheers!

The mini is just casting through the shield right? It's not actually running the apps that are on the shield itself.

I don't understand what is wrong with my google home. It won't show my nvidia shield on google home other than to cast music to it. I can't add the Nvidia shield as a device. It doesn't link when I log into my account. My old shield worked perfectly, I just got the 2019 nvidia shield pro and now I can't search plex or netflix on nvidia shield with google assistant it doesn't make any sense to me.

Can you get that done with a real Android TV (not an Android box)? 'Cause it seems impossible...
