My friends... I'm ever so glad you enjoyed the wonderful Portuguese cuisine... But please in the future try to have a native take a look at how you write the dishes in their native toungue... And please try to research a lttle about the dishes' actual origin... Just because you ate some nice prawns at a restaurant doesn't mean they're a typical Portuguese dish... Which is all the more reason for you to come back and eat more ;)

A voice over with descriptions and proper pronunciation for this video would have been practical and a greatly appreciated help.

so many dishes missing, gambas piri piri is more like a starter, we don't even call that food, we call it petisco lol, real food is carne de porco alentejana, polvo a lagareiro, bacalhau com natas, espetadas de lulas grilhadas, bacalhau a braz, francesinha etc etc etc.

I recommend you to go down the atlantic coast beyond Lisbon. Alentejo and the Algarve will surprise you. Congrats on your initiative!

Half the things featured can't even be considered traditional portuguese dishes in the sense of reflecting "things you must eat in Portugal" but much more hipster/fashion cuisine. Apparently you missed a lot on the country's basics when it comes to food.

Only one small big detail.....The Pacific goes from Japan to California. Portugal sits on Atlantic waters :)
