ОтветитьHi Dy.. Thank you so much for your content.. Women like you in my hometown have inspired me into IF.. I know it's a short time 1 week, but I honestly thought weight would fall off as when I commit I haven't battled before. However this week I have done Omad, zero to no carbs, water, black coffee and 4 days of Hiit which is normal for me I love my exercise, however no weight loss 😮 I responded very well to carnivore previously, but this time I have incorporated some veg. I am really looking for a sustainable lifestyle as opposed to a diet and I'm at the age 54, that I really do not want to fuss about food.. This is why carnivore was appealing, but I did miss veg. How does 20:4 work, a better option perhaps..? Maybe incorporate my omelettes later on in the morning. At least my brain is now into the no carbs mode doing omad.. I have not entertained menopause, not many bad symptoms that I'm aware of.. I don't think about it. Thanks again, I've just found your channel and it's making more sense for my age..

ОтветитьDoesn’t fasting increase cortisol which makes you old in to fat? I struggle with fasting and haven’t been successful with it.
ОтветитьBeen keto and intermittent fasting over 6 years, when I came upon protein, last year, I’ve switch to the P:E diet. Protein vs Energy. Prioritizing protein. High protein, low carb, lower fats. I do 12 hour fasting, I now need breakfast to get my protein needs. I do breakfast with a smoothie with whey protein powder base.

Not sure if you saw my question on berberine. Do you use it everyday? Or do you take a break every few months? My doc cleared me to use it but had no info on taking a break from it. I saw an article online about not using it more than a few months at a time.
