Okay, for those wondering what the fuck, I just looked it up and that's not actually a dragon ball. That's just a sign that he has the Dragon Balls in his system. He apparently absorbed them into his system to purify them, that's why the ball in his head. He needed the dragon balls purified in order to defeat Omega Shenron and the only way to do that was for him to absorb them. So basically that's just an indicator that he has the Dragon Balls power in him.

So many people are divided in the comments about GT series. If you are a real dragon ball fan then yes GT has it's issues but you also will try to find things to like/love about the series. Because there is alot to love about GT. And zaney comic relief is just apart of anime. This is much milder than most zaney anime comical over reactions imo.
