all 3 reactors to SOME DEGREE EX VESSEL,..they have CONTEMPLATED this SCENARIO ,..
.....sore sometime,..due to DURATION???,... EACH of the reactors WENT WITHOUT CORE,.....blah blah blah

We must make our own deductions
