Parkour + tricking = free running

I’ve finally decided...tricking is definitely the form for me 😂 low key tho I definitely want to learn where do I start 👀

All wrong parkour is the flipping bullshit free running is getting from one place to another the fast as you can

Parkour : how to be a ninja
Freerun: how to be cool
Tricking: how to make nice jumps

I know Parkour has it's well established meaning. But "free running" is a more suitable therm for what Parkour looks like. Go from A to B freely.

Here on Mexico City there really ain't that much distinction, you just do Parkour with Tricking or without Tricking and that's kind of it.

Does Urban Climbing factor in? I mean urban climbers make big jumps to hand holds. You know? Is that similar to a dino FROM STATIC. I think of parkour as getting either up or down or through a place.
