I modified it a bit , dont like garlic powder everywhere
And prefer freh vegetable , and use coriander with the beans and tumeric, Leon balm. 4 hours in the Kirchen, mow head free for the comi g week. Thanks and Greetings from germany 🌏

ОтветитьI LOVE your content and have purchased both e cookbooks. I have a request for some recipe modifications. Is there any chance you could figure out a 1200-1500 calorie recipe and also a way to boost the protein to like 120-150 grams of protein for your over 30 female audience? I usually cannot eat all the food and so I change it to either a third or half the recipe but then don’t want to lose out on the higher protein needs for my body. Thank you sir! I really enjoy all the effort you put into your videos and recipes. I absolutely love them.
ОтветитьQuinoa question… i’ve been buying the Costco/Kirkland Signature quinoa for Years because the package says “Kirkland signature, organic quinoa is pre-washed; there is no need to rinse”. Am I making a mistake by not rinsing?🤷🏽♂️

ОтветитьQuestion how do you keep your tofu in the cube shape? I put my firm tofu cubes in a big bowl and it just falls apart as I’m mixing the sauce into it. what am I doing wrong? I did use a press for about a minute per block.
ОтветитьSo I made the dinner for myself, my husband and my daughter to try yesterday it was delicious! But I have a gallon of leftover marinated tofu, not sure what I’m doing wrong. I followed the recipe to the letter. I did the breakfast meal today. It looks fabulous, but again, I have an enormous amount of food, much more than I think I will need for five days of breakfast. I could probably create 10 meals out of this.😂😂 maybe it’s just package sizes in US compared to Canada.
ОтветитьJust tried the breakfast (for dinner) it’s delicious!! We got 6+ meals following the recipe carefully and spooning out similar serving sizes! So far tried 2out of 3 - they will be on our regular rotation!
ОтветитьI have a question- do we have to keep it freeze or deep freeze if we are planning to prepare it on every Sunday eve for the next 5 week days??? Will it survive in the freeze or must have to deep it??

Ответитьall good but on my opinion the tomatoes and cucumbers wont actually stay good for 5 days. so as a sugestion use them for 3 days and re-chop new ones on that day. besides that great, ill give it a try . Thanks man
ОтветитьI love this meal prep. Please do more. I am a mom of ten kids and I workout a lot on top of my daily grind keeping the littles alive. I have a blood disorder that keeps me healthier when I don’t eat meat. I love these meals because they are hearty and I don’t feel like I’m starving. I can make them one day and eat all week. And they are delicious. ❤
