Have they ever done a lie detector to the family?
ОтветитьIs there a list somewhere of suspects? Those cleared and those still remaining? I always wondered about 1) House keeper, 2) Photographer, 3) Somone who was with John since his business first started in Atlanta, 4) Someone who was at the house during the holidays, weeks leading up to the murder.
ОтветитьMaybe two or three intruders involved? One writes the note. One goes upstairs to get her, where she is tazed once with tazer right up against the skin ( quieter). She is taken to the basement, to be put though window, for someone waiting outside, but she arouses and screams ( neighbor heard a scream) they taze her again. They are pissed. It then turns into a brutal torture and strangulation. They end with the head blow to ensure she is gone ( autopsy said head wound happened after she was already deceased) They leave through the door that was found to be wide opened.
Someone who knew the home. Knew about the bonus. Saw the movie Randsom that was being shown that week. Was jealous and/or pissed at John. Deranged individuals.
my theory is Jonbenet was being abused by both parents. Patsy had her doing pagents dressed as an adult which she HATED. John was abusing her by sexual means. Burke was jealious and a scat/poop thrower. He would put it in her bed...her toys and treat..She was younger and he HATED how much attention she got...SO after the dinner with Fleet White...Patsy makes a bow of pineapples...Jonbenet tells Patsy again she wet her bed and that she does not want to do pagents anymore...Patsy enraged at both things snaps and slaps her..jonbenet retalties with a slap of her own..ENRAGED Patsy shakes her and uses an UNKNOWN weapon...(THE ducttape was remoed by them) So they dumped the items... John takes jonbenet downstairs and sexually abuses her for a final time and chokes her out using his navy skills to tie the knot on the weapon who takes her last breathe... John goes upstairs and writes a letter..Patsy writes it first mr and mrs but changes her mind to us mr ramsey..Patsy is a evil evil witch. The call part which is unhearable I heard burk saying ''What should I say to them?'' Patsy says hunnie ur the best now dont get us in trouble!''
ОтветитьI’m sorry Lou Smith was a hack he knew he had nothing
ОтветитьOh Jesus Christ it’s so obvious the parents acted together to cover this up…
ОтветитьYeah it’s hard to read DNA when it’s mixed with 8 people
ОтветитьI'm sorry but Mr. Smit was just an apologist for the Ramseys. Whether he got paid or was sincerely that naïve, we don't know. We have to remember he was just a guy in Boulder where crime was hard to find, and the experience level of the PD was at rock bottom. Boulder PD themselves said this. There was no intruder, that's obvious by the state of the window. The suitcase belonged to John's older son. There was dust and cobwebs on the sill of the window. There was no intruder.
Look, there was no kidnapping, no ransom, none of that. The only thing that makes anyone think of kidnapping IS the note. Concentrate on the laughable ransom note, and that's why you will never solve the case. It's unconnected to anything. It does however contain a lot of tells, mainly the mutual love between John and Fleet. SBTC is the Santa Barbara Training Center, where John and Fleet trained together. This is not rocket science lol The faint voice on the 911 call wasn't Burke, it was Fleet White, and THAT makes sense. Burke can't have been both in bed asleep and attendant on the 911 call. We know it was reported that he had to be woken up, so it makes sense that it wasn't him in the background. The newscaster who asked "Is this an accident?" needs to be fired. What a bunch of derps in Boulder, eh? Which served the Ramseys very well. It took them 5 attempts to prove Patsy's writing, because they were so stupid they didn't know Patsy was ambidextrous lol smh By the time they tested her left hand, the less prominent hand, her handwriting was found to be a match for the ransom note. But who cares, eh? lol
If you remove the stupid ransom note, which was more a love letter between Fleet, John and Patsy, you're left with a much uglier story, and you're left with only what happened. The ransom note is "baffling" because it stands alone, and has no connection to the case or to anything that actually occurred. Where else are there elements of ransom? Nowhere, only in the note. They don't even get a phone call. The note is only telling of the Ramseys lifestyle, not of the murder.
Rich people play sick games in their excess and boredom, whole scenarios where they wear elaborate, expensive costumes. What if it was a game, and the "kidnapper" simply went further than he was supposed to. Patsy blatantly said in one of her press interviews, "This wasn't supposed to happen." The biggest red flag in the whole case. Okay then, Patsy, how was it supposed to go? What she's saying is that the boys are allowed to play with the chew toy, but they aren't supposed to kill it.
You can't really look at this case without considering the pedophelia aspect. JB's go-to photographer was arrested with a metric ton of child porn - there were too many pics to count so they did it by weight. He was arrested for participation in meth distribution. He is in prison now. That's who Patsy called every time she wanted more than home pics of Jon Benet. Yeh, that guy.
If you want to deny the pedo angle, you'll have to look everyone straight in the face and also deny that JB's image was highly sexualized. You can't. Full lashes, shiny lip gloss, big hair, outfits meant for grown-ups, high heels, fishnet material,... and all the bows and ribbons to wrap up the pretty package. Quite literally, she was a Christmas present in and of herself. Jon Benet in fact was a commodity, employed by her parents as currency to gain favor with colleagues and associates, and move John up in the business world. Worked for Epstein, didn't it? Heck, worked for John.
Someone taught her, trained her, how to make those provocative expressions for the camera, and no one can deny those either. At what point do you start doing the math? A good detective has already started. Patsy taught her how to strut her stuff (which, at 6 years old, she didn't have any stuff - unless you're a pedophile) on stage, how to make those faces, how to carry the skimpy and provocative outfits she wore. In pedophelia it's called grooming.
And once you go down that road theory-wise, there's no going back. We can imagine Burke did it out of jealousy, we can imagine Patsy did it out potty training rage, or that the housekeeper did it. But when you look at the dog leash around her neck (it was NOT a garrote- a garrote is a piece of rope or string with a wood grip on each end. What was around JB's neck was actually only gripped on one end, the other end was a loop around her neck. A dog leash. She had multiple injuries, including a smashed skull. She'd been dead long enough when John found her to be in fairly advanced rigor, which is why John had to carry her out of the basement the way he did- she was stiff.
JB wasn't "asleep" when they got home. All the bustle of getting out of the car, gathering and toting presents inside, the blast of cold winter air as they walk to the front door, would have woke her. She almost seven years old, not a 3 month old infant who sleeps through anything. And my guess is that she wasn't asleep, she was already dead. I believe it happened at Fleet White's house. It's common knowledge he left his own party where the Ramseys and all the other weirdos were whooping it up, for an extended period of time, claiming he had to go xmas caroling with a bunch of other folk lol
Just some food for thought, y'all. Hope it helps.
The whole family did do this and they had all nite to come up with their stories. They did it and that detective was paid off just to clear the Ramsey's. He was a really baadd investigator.....it was really clear that the whole crime scene was staged. Any know nothin can see that in the photos. She was murdered by her family. End of story.
ОтветитьI'm pretty certain JonBonet was actually being sexually-abused prior to this sexual-assault and murder, because her body's autopsy showed long-term sexual-assault. But I don't think any member of the Ramseys raped and killer her that night because of the DNA evidence. The man who killed JonBonet didn't even have the same background as John Ramsey. Her killer was probably Portuguese, as the letter indicated the killer or killer was from Portugal. The DNA was Iberian. The two multiple Male-DNA samples, meaning multiple killers. But the one that was able to be sequenced was Iberian. Unless the DNA was mixed with Indigenous and African, and I don't think it was, I detest them describing the killer as "Hispanic". I find it weird many forget Iberian DNA originated in Iberia.
They believed the Ramseys because it's typical, only.
If you believe any other family member did molest the girl, I wont deny it is possible to me, but not the murder.
DNA is what makes me believe it wasn't the Ramseys. Why are multiple Male-DNA on this little girls' panties and other clothing? Why was the DNA sequenced not Germanic, but Iberian?
It was the parents that chrismas night that party was mostly sumthing more to it sumthing dark that little girl shows signs of rape before her death...
ОтветитьGod bless Lou Smit
ОтветитьI was 18 when this story broke. I agree with one of the reporters here that had she not been in beauty pagents, nobody would have really paid that much attention to this, or at all. I remember hearing about it on the news, on magazine covers. It was all over the news. I remember my Mom saying "She shouldn't have been put in pagents at that age." My Mom thought the parents had something to do with her death. I have tried to keep an open mind, but it is a mystery, and with the whole ransom note thing, that is what is so odd. Whoever wrote the note states in there that they have their daughter, then the father just happened to go down to the basement and find her. Who knows, the whole case is a who done it.
Ответитьthe intro has everything you need to understand why this case has not been solved.
all of those assumptions are wrong.
Why kill her? What's the motive?
ОтветитьJeeeez, the police really screwed the pooch here. I hope that PD has improved since for the sake of the general public.
ОтветитьThe child beauty contest thing is SO VERY CREEPY. In that big house, why was Jon Benet in the basement? So weird.
ОтветитьBOULDER POLICE equals being like Donald Trump; stupid, completely delusional, incompetent.
ОтветитьBoulder PD had to watch on tv because they suck.
ОтветитьI believe Patsey.
ОтветитьThe webs does look disturbed. The web should go across the opening, and not be folded over.
ОтветитьThey will never find anyone who matches the DNA because it is from a secondary transfer, anyone she has touched can pass on her genetic material. They did not find semen, saliva or blood, which in this case of sexual abuse would be expected. DNA can confirm a suspicion about an individual but it cannot be proof number 1 if you do not have more evidence to support it. There was no intruder, an open window and a suitcase underneath is pretty poor evidence, beyond that there is nothing to support the theory of a person entering the house. And not to mention the ransom note made on the paper and the pen that were in the house, everything that happened inside was carried out with things that were already in the house, who can think that someone is going to break in? kidnap and/or abuse and kill a girl and at the moment it occurs to you, you know I better write a long ransom note while everyone is sleeping and not only that, the note goes wrong, I throw the paper away and write it again. I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings but you have to be stupid to believe that the parents had nothing to do with it.
Ответить😢😢Poor angel rip💐🙏🙏ramseys involved
ОтветитьWhat I truly wanted in this case was for John and Patsy Ramsey to have taken a polygraph exam! Of course, polygraph examination results are inadmissible in a court! I get that. I just wanted both of them to have been examined. Both would have refused to take it because, I believe, they would have failed it miserably. Peace.
ОтветитьJohn did it 1000 % certain and his eldest som is laughable. He acts as if he's some superstar.
ОтветитьPatsy’s paint brush, Patsy’s notepad and pen, Patsy’s handwriting, no sign of breaking in unless you are counting that little sliver of a window with the staged suitcase underneath, and because Lou slivered through it , I should believe an outsider came in like that too. NO phone call at the designated time. Considered by every expert that the note was the most bizarre ransom note they’ve ever seen. Way too many things DO NOT make sense.
ОтветитьThere was NEVER bedwetting that night, and the media was pushing that around, and people ran off with that story. All lies by the media.
ОтветитьThe family and friends were cleared after no one matched the male DNA found on JBR. The City issued a public apology after Patsy died. They had nothing to do with her death. 26 year old Michael Helgoth had a history of sexual misconduct with kids and had worked in that house. He owned a black Maglite like the one found at the Ramsey's. The day agree the city announced they had a new lead, Helgoth was found dead from a blast to his chest. It was ruled a suicide 🤔 He wore size 10 Hi Tech boots that matched the print under the basement window, he had a taser matching tge marks on JBR buy they never found his flashlight. His family still declines any DNA and they rushed to cremate him. The Ramsey's did not do this to their child.
ОтветитьMichael Helgoth fits but I saw that his family still releases a DNA sample and they rushed to cremate him. Subpoena familial DNA.
Ответитьgenetic genealogy could solve this case by testing that DNA found on her body in DNA databases the way they have caught so many killers including the Golden state killer!
ОтветитьBurke accidentally killed his little sister and the parents covered it up. A panel of world class experts brought this to a conclusion.
ОтветитьI wouldn't be able to leave my bed the day after my "baby" daughter's funeral.
It is heartbreaking this baby girl was tortured like that and NOBODY payed for it in prison.
That house was so large that some one could hide in the basement and no one would know, when the family went to a Christmas party and the guy would be free in the house,to write notes and get The girl out.😊
ОтветитьMy heart goes out to the parents!
ОтветитьIf they were in the house while the family was gone, they would have that time.
ОтветитьIf my child was murdered and left in our basement,I would want to get my son out,and I would be unstable.
ОтветитьThe bowl of pineapple and cup of tea in the kitchen with Patsy and Burt’s prints on them are more telling than anything else other than the ransom note . I believe that is the proof Burke and patsy were both awake with JonBenet in the middle of the night and something happened.
ОтветитьI full heartedly believe unless the Ramseys are on that spreadsheet, this case will never be solved.
ОтветитьPoor little baby.
ОтветитьJohn did it IMO
ОтветитьThe unknown male DNA under her fingernails. The garotte. The unknown male DNA in her underwear. The absolute forceful, massive blow to her head. A nine year old didn't deliver that blow. A nine year old didn't shove a part of the garotte in her vagina. The parents didn't either. An unknown intruder is responsible for this crime. I hope that someday this little angel receives justice.
ОтветитьPatsy's speech about 'I'm a daughter, I'm a mother....etc' is incredbly cringe and you can clearly see how John is embarrassed by it 😅 he often side-eyed her in interviews, too. 😮
ОтветитьThis was an accident
ОтветитьLou ruined it actually! Confusing the truth those parents did it
ОтветитьThe parents covered it up - whether the murder was an accident or not - they did everything to make certain that no one would ever get arrested or put in jail for this murder.
ОтветитьI love how they bring in a hand writing expert just to conclude they couldn't make a conclusion.
ОтветитьLou Smit ruined this case ,along with the Cowards in the DA
ОтветитьBecause there was no other evidence
ОтветитьBurke Ramsey accidently [ or purposely ] killed JonBenet Ramsey. The parents created a cover up orchestrated by John Ramsey
Ответить
