The flat bottom design shell on the Cup cars is a great design for IMSA road racing but a terrible design for stock car racing. When it comes to flat tires the shell sits flat on the ground causing the car to beach itself, it’s a terrible design that needs to go.

imagine the incompetence of the Nascar leadership to go from a asymmetrical oval track car to a heavy symmetrical GT car lol, it would be fun if it wasn't so sad.

Nascar rushed this car out. It has many flaws. Flat tire issue, toe link issue , shifting issue, tires are too wide, brakes are too big, etc...

Fixing the design flaws with the next gen car makes too much sense, so of course NASCAR will not do it. They'll pile more gimmicks on until the sport collapses. NASCAR is the king of the sunk cost fallacy.

I find it crazy that people hate on Chase. Dude is always chill and clearly smart and competitive. I understand, hate towards the "teacher's pet", for young children, but still. Hoping he wins it all this year since my guy Truex is out.
