Looks way better than the gear 2 to be honest

Photos look almost lomography-esque - which is also generally crap but in a good way.  

Backed it too, have to put stretch bands on the charging cradle for it to charge :)

Yet more proof that blunty could take a decent photo with anything.........aaaaaaaaanything!!!!!

Phone watches....the stuff of dreams. I hope it works as a decent phone with a decent battery life. Is it for sale on the net?

I'm a backer too and have had my watch for about 3 weeks now. I wasn't really all that angered by the large wait time. My friend backed the Pebble and had to wait just over a year for it to be shipped. This is the case with 90% of Kickstarter devices as the developers generally act overly optimistic during the early days of the funding and start making promises that they later realise they just can't keep. I'm very happy with my device as it does everything I want it to do. It is perfect as a standalone device for situations where I simply can't have my phone with me, like for instance a few days ago we went to a big theme park and the device was perfect in that situation.

I kind of want to know if you can play Ingress on this thing... even if it only just manages. Would be kind of neat.

Image wise though I have to say for what the device is... you managed to pull off some pretty cool/nice shots. I know they're never going to be billboard quality but I think some of them would make nice pics to share with friends and family over the net.

If this was the only camera I had on me... I wouldn't mind shooting with it just capture a moment that I may never see again.

Thanks for the review, looking forward to your full one. The watch has potential; install a decent launcher & some simple zooper/ UCCW widgets per screen and it be a winner. Or more fun crap.

Blunty have you tried a different camera app? there are quite a few on the play store that can be better than stock apps.

It's not really something I'd buy just for the camera... lol
