The mere conditions and restrictions for permits to carry a firearm is a violation of the Constitution. The delays with conditions will result in a lawsuit against HPD, Chief Logan, City and State. The lawsuit cannot be beat by HPD, and will cost taxpayers big money in legal fees. Grant permits today. The big focus was China town and Waikiki. Police presence has made a difference but criminals have focused on other districts. Overall, crime down? I don't think so.

Crime is down likely do to the fact people are not pressing charges.......it is humbug trying to get a vagrant off our property using the law......he gets arrested and the very same day is out pooping on the property.....took 6 months.
