I love this mantra meditation. Since the first time I played the video, it's a song I love to sing. I often do it twice in a row, and my mood improves the second time even more when I allow myself to feel joy and gratitude. It's like a happy prayer, melody, and meditation all in one.

I like this mantra very much. Thanks!. I was browsing other sites to see more about this mantra. One was very explicit if you are a beginner this is not the mantra for you. While all the mantra s are quit harmles if you do not do this one very devout and seriously there would be concequences.......which ones were not explained. You had to start on easier ones first. That sounds a bit harsh, what are your thoughts about this? And if you do this mantra how long do you do it? Thanks for all the wisdom you are sharing wirh us!!!!

I would really like to be able TO talk to someone about the healing energies of yoga. Ive started doing yoga again and IM just in SHOCK at how healing this is from the inside out.
