I received my M1 cat litter box, and when I plug it in for the first time, the machine automatically turn on and do a short cycle. But all buttons are lights on and will stay on. Try to push any of the buttons to do a function and none of them works. Cannot connect Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Also, I noticed when it does it’s set up cycle for the first time the sensors do not sense weight when I push down on it unless very hard. So far, I am not very happy with the product. Try to call tech-support that is located on eastern time and they close at five. So everyoneout of that zone cannot get tech-support. They need a lot of improvement to claim that they are number 10 for this product.

Seriously, I have had more than enough of my Neakasa M1 machine. Despite going through all the "Problem Solving" suggestions, NOTHING works. Instead of clearing out the used litter, it TOTALLY empties the whole of the litter. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, cleaned the sensors, made sure the litter bag is put in correctly and not covering the sensors, calibrated the machine twice, cleaned the machine, turned it off, left it off for a while and turned back on, so on and so forth, nothing alters the situation. I have contacted the sellers and am more than happy to have my money refunded, it's beyond a joke, if I have to go out and this problem happens, I dread to thing if my Maine Coon cat "Tashi" has diarrhea what will happen!

Well… safety features , yes… but have you heard that a few days ago a cat was nearly killed because one of the safety features failed ? The bin did turn completely and a cat was caught with his head and if the owner would not have been present the cat would have been killed.

My mom showed me this, and I was desperately checking to see if this was age, because I’d heard about the cats getting caught and killed in these things. You showing the anti-pinch protection lifted an immense weight off my shoulders. Thank you.
