5 Reasons NOT to move to Mokena IL

Illinois has high taxes, but is a much better place to live than Indiana

I live in Mokena from 1979 until 1989. Nobody rode around on horses except the people that had farms. The property taxes have always been ridiculously high in Mokena is low. My sister pays who still lives in care more than 10,000 and the house is not valued over 550,000 closer to 12,000 a year maybe a little bit more Living in City Of Chicago I have two houses yes the crime is high here. Think about this. How many policeman do you think compared to Chicago when the crane comes out to Mina because of all the migraines you will not have the right amount of police for the population. I remember when I moved to Mina there were two policeman that was it. I will never go back toMokena. I will leave the state before I go back to Mokena.

Those property taxes 😂 plus the 5% state income tax. Raising taxes on unrealized gains should be illegal.
