Great guy and interview!!! I don´t like Jackson very much l rather prefer Charvel : best quality in every sense. I HATEEEE that once in a while a f@ckin guitar brand imitates the reverse headstock from Hendrix fenders but l think the responsable to make famous the reverse headstock for almost the last 30 years it´s Nuno Bettencourt with his iconic N1,N2 & N4 series. In fact a lot of brands tried to imitate the minimalistic Nuno´s N designs and color and c´mon THERE´S ONLY TWO and beautiful reverse stock : the one from Hendrix and the one from Nuno enough with both.

Love Gus attitude. He doesnt seems to have the typical "Divo" behaviour. Looks like a simple and humble guy. . Loved the part when they talk about Vito Bratta hahahha!! Even Gus wants him back! lol! Vito please: COME BACK INTO MUSIC AGAIN!!!!

For years I always wished that there would be a guitar God that was Greek that made it big. I was so happy when I found out that Gus G got the Ozzy Osbourne gig a few years ago. I also found out last month that Phil X from Bon Jovi is Greek also which also made me happy. For the longest time all we had was just Tommy Lee from Motley Crue, and I love that we have had some more Greeks make it big in the Hard Rock/ Heavy Metal music scene. Gus G is a phenomenal guitar player big time. Thank you for this interview, I really enjoyed it . I also love Gus G's idea of Cat Metal!! I am a cat guy and have been since I was a little kid over thirty years ago. The titles of some of the songs are awesome especially Malaka Cat. Did you ever look up what Malaka means? Lol

I agree with you that Vito Bratta does need to return back to music. His guitar playing on all the White Lion albums is PHENOMENAL!!!! I also agree with you that Ozzy should give Jake E Lee the credit he deserves because all he praises is Randy Rhoads and Zack Wylde which they do deserve, but so does Jake E Lee. Bark At The Moon is the first song and album I ever listened to from Ozzy back in 1988 when I was just nine years old and the whole album blew me away. It is still one of my all time favorite albums ever and definitely my favorite Ozzy album and Jake E Lee is still my favorite Ozzy Osbourne guitar player.

I was at that show at the BBT. Gus G was killing it. I was in my buddy’s skybox, and I actually fell down (not drunk) just following his shredding! He was playing a wall of Blackstar amps and I went and bought Blackstar to try to come close to his sound. I am a huge fan of Gus G! Thank you for this show!
