Eating Whatever We CATCH Fishing From an Old Dock!!

In this video I made a road trip to fish from an old dock, the plan was to eat whatever we could catch. We were using cut bait on the bottom in hopes of catching something big and tasty and shortly after tossing the first bait out into the water Calvin was hooked up with a really nice fish. Once he landed the fish onto the dock, I knew that we were going to be eating a fish that I have never eaten before and also the majority of people fishing have most likely never eaten before. After catching several more of the same fish, I decided to ice them down in a cooler and clean them the next morning. After cleaning the first fish I was starting to have my doubts about eating the fish we caught because the meat had an off color to it and a smell but there was no turning back now. I decided to fry the fish filets in a cast iron skillet with some vegetable oil keeping the batter for the fish simple. Once the filets were done, we did a taste test and to my surprise they not only looked really good but tasted even better. I would keep that fish species again to eat without any worries or hesitation. #fish #fishing #stompindirt
