ОтветитьYes, I was going to agree. This is not a pilates workout. It is a fitness workout and all VERY good. We all need to stretch and exercise. This is great! Just cannot advertise it as pilates
ОтветитьNo not even like yoga. Both pilates and yoga at their very base have to do with breath work while doing specific poses or movements. It's fabulous, just not either one of those.

ОтветитьWhen you do the child’s pose to push up move, make sure your elbows are right by the body (“scraping the rib cage”)—that’s the correct way to do it in Pilates; it works the triceps really well! Also, the stretch you did at the end with your leg underneath you is called Pigeon Pose. Lizard lunge is a different stretch where you’re in a low lunge and bring both hands or forearms to the floor on the inside of your foot. Thanks for posting this workout!
