Thank you
when i was 3 year old the typhoon hit tacloban i was on manila the news said the manila is going possbile being storm surge
Ответитьif it was'nt because of that storm surge, it would'nt be worst like that
Ответитьat the very least you should have a helmet and goggles
ОтветитьAno pare, buhi pa?
Ответитьdid you guys chase ian last year in florida that was crazy as well my buddy lived in naples and up in sarasota they had 155mph winds
Ответить9 years still shakes me and im not even from tacloban. But i went there 4 years after the typhoon. That time tacloban had recovered but not 100% you can still see the destruction.
ОтветитьI hope I would get a response from you. Was haiyan really the worst typhoon you guys ever experienced? Thank you so much if I would get a response.

Ответитьthank you so much for documenting this storm...i am from northern part of cebu philippines, we also experiencing this monster storm , blow by blow ...and when i remember those days i felt so sad and cry
ОтветитьWatching this almost 10 years later, seeing the people before the storm hit just living their lives as usual is heart breaking. No one knew how bad it was gonna be. We all thought that it was gonna be just another storm that we can just wait through.
ОтветитьI can still remember this extreme storm, this is remarkable. Watching this in 2023.
ОтветитьIs it true that Haiyan's winds were so loud that they were painful to hear?
ОтветитьI know he didn't know at the time but late in the video he quotes "I'm glad everyone's ok". He didn't realize yet he's surrounded by thousands of dead people.
ОтветитьPerfect Video Jim, You should do more of this type, but I'll stick to fishing off the rocks in Samet thanks....
ОтветитьTo be fair, this country needed a bath... and still does.
ОтветитьYou guys are hero’s!!! God Bless.
ОтветитьPeople need to understand that warmings about natural disasters are real!! All of these people that were rescued should have been evacuated prior to the hurricane making landing!!! Hurricane brings a lot of sea water into land!!
ОтветитьThis will always be one of the gut retching apocalyptic event that has happened in the Philippines. I have lived there for almost 24 years. My husband and I started to watch these videos about this category 5 tropical cyclone. The entire footage gave me goosebumps. The aftermath was so hard to watch especially coming up with over 6000 people no longer alive. And a lot of folks went missing and hundreds or thousands of people were homeless. Majority of this probably would have been prevented if they used a different terminology in the news than just storm surge so they would have at least interpreted it differently. Majority of the locals thought it was just another typhoon.... until it destroyed everything. The miscommunication. The lack of reinforcement of the warnings to the locals to their level of understanding. The language barrier. Not all of them had TVs or radios either. I still feel horrible for all of the losses and everything else that they had to live with after all of it. May all their souls rest in peace. Thank you for all your efforts & hardwork. The courage and bravery you guys have shown in this video was truly remarkable during a monstrous event. The whole thing was well documented at the same time it was heartbreaking
ОтветитьUsing one of those iPad size phones huh? Pretty cool. Glad yall are ok
ОтветитьToday is the birthday of my grandma who died there, the black out caused the heart monitor to stop working and the IV placed on her. The hospital was under staffed and she died next day morning Nov 8, she would have been 97 today. she was born in 1927.
ОтветитьThis storm is still one of the strongest up to this day and its surreal how strong the storm is on its time.
ОтветитьWatching this in 2024, and i cannot hold back my tears, we were there, me with my 2 children, i am thankful we survived, as a mother, you can do the impossible things to save your children😭
ОтветитьMy mom has experience that
ОтветитьBruh even concrete buildings completely destroyed/reduce to flat foundations 💀
Ответитьwind and rain is extremely dangerous😢
ОтветитьEntitled white men going to a place they should not have been. Taking up locals in need only chance of escaping hell.
