India should improve its correspondent banking regulations and norms so that foreign funding is tracked and caught.
Regulatory authorities of US banking system classify India as higher risk country for transactions and stress for stringent due diligence.

PFI is just the tip of the iceberg, the iceberg being the whole muslim community in India who were allowed to stay behind as Indian citizens after more than 95% of them voted for Pakistan in the 1946 muslim referundum on whose basis it was created. Instead of having total population exchange with Pak as wanted by Dr.Ambedkar, the father of our constitution, Nehru sold himself to Jihadis like Maulana Azad, Sheikh Abdullah etc in exchange for support as India's PM. The Indian Govt.should come out with the true History of our country, freeing it from the false narratives created by 5 muslim education ministers appointed by the Congress after partition, inspite of most of them being illiterate in formal education. Let the stupid hindus know how many people following foreign ideologies like Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Zorastrianism or Communism fought against our foreign invaders like the Mughals, British, Portuguese etc. while how many million natives namely hindus/Jains Buddhists/Sikhs sacrificed their lives fighting them to liberate our country? Once that account is set straight ,people will come to know who are Indians and who are outsiders. Who should be giving voting rights of this country and who should be given just work permits.

It is encumbant upon friendly nations to cooperate with the Republic of India on these matters of terror funding. US is as much a victim as India in this dirty business.
