ОтветитьWhile I can understand and relate to your frustration, I don't you're being objective about Trunda comps. They've brought Trunda back to earth relative to other teams. She's still arguably the best, but the difference is no longer orders of magnitude.

ОтветитьNubs put wallmaster in a 9pc slayer set if you have it. It is absolutely devastating amounts of damage. They may not be the perfect pieces but the bonus on 9pc is insane for him. Take his normal damage and double it. It may make him the best damage dealer in the game for Hydra

ОтветитьI blame everyone who complained about Trunda. It’s been said elsewhere but 100% of players are being punished because 9% of players wouldn’t stop complaining by about losing to 1% of accounts.
ОтветитьI went from 5,1B to 2,2B running the same teams. Remade the teams and now back to 4,1B. Still have yet to face a trunda guy beating everyone else in the clash alone, so big W hydra change imo.

ОтветитьI no longer care to push my hydra teams. I’m at the point where I can get all my personal chests each week and that’s fine with me. Pushing my teams higher to try to win clash just doesn’t matter as much
ОтветитьI have added ukko in my NM team as well: cursed set, aoe a1 with decr atk, buff strip so my marius is less likely to kill himself against reflect damage and revive in case someone dies and perfect for cruelty

ОтветитьMy take on the changes is that Plarium accomplished exactly what they wanted. I don't think it was ever about making Trunda teams less dominant now. It was about lowering the current damage potential to create space for stronger, better teams in the future.
New meta, better teams, more sales - I don't think they would have had that opportunity without the changes they made. Now they can start working on the next wave of crazy Hydra champions.
Plarium have completely ruined raid as a game , hydra used to be one of the best things about raid and now they have gone to overboard and completely ruined it with these new changes , buffing champions , it’s like plarium are punishing people for finding and building different teams that can do mega damage, I hate plarium as a company, all they do is rob and rip people off
ОтветитьAll Plarium had to do was fix Trunda's A2 to WORK AS DESCRIBED. But no evidently that was too hard. Also needed to do away with infinite shield growth and champs resetting themselves.

ОтветитьAt first glance I thought "Hey, I have all those champions (- androc)". Then I thought "Okay, well I don't have a 6star Ukko soul, maybe it is not necessary". But now that I see the 9 mythinc piece feral set I know I do not need to consider building this :(
ОтветитьI've had a lot of fun doing hydra before the change. 0 motivation now. Not gonna change my teams, not gonna invest more than the time it takes to run it. Edit: I don't mind doing less damage, what I mind is Trunda still being op, and the changes in the mechanics like decrease speed now hurting (what a crap!), aoe often useless, AI just garbage ...
ОтветитьThey reduce the turn count to have less time doing hydra but make it harder so people have to do 5-10 runs on each difficulty to get a good run….and spend more time then before doing hydra… 🤦🏻♂️

Once we've seen 2-3 rotations, we will have the same/new meta teams and it comes down if you have the champs/blessings/empowerments...
Let me tell you some irony. I used to run a full auto Trunda team on normal. No cheese, just Trunda as the damage dealer. It was Nekmo, Arbiter, Sicia, Uugo, and 2x Trunda. Before the second Trunda pull it was Rathalos Blademaster, doing a 100-200m less. The team did 1.6-1.8b. Nothing cheesy about it, no head clicking, just full hands-off auto.
After the changes, normal became a no-go for doing high damage with how quickly the heads respawn and sit with damage reduction. So guess what I was forced to do? Glaicad, Lydia, Gurptuk, Emic, 2x Trunda on Brutal. 600m damage, so the same 1.8b points I was getting before. It's still full-auto, and would do significantly more if I bothered to manual (no thanks), but what the change has done is made it so making a cheesy(er) Trunda team is my only valid option for putting up the same numbers I was before and getting the personal rewards. Hats off to Plarium, they really outdid themselves with this one.
Should I hold my breath until Plarium fixed the RNG, where if I target the head that consumed a champ, all the other champs actually attack that head? LOL
ОтветитьHydra was never fun, it was just easier. I just slap together a team and let it run on auto. Sometimes I come back and I've done 100m, sometimes I've done 30m I just don't care.
If they manage to get Hydra in a good place where it is fun and takes less than 30m to do a run. I might put more effort into it, but at the moment it doesn't feel worth the effort.

ОтветитьI was and still am huge on the hydra changes being crap. However, my nightmare team needed very little changing, (eostrid from her into 9pc protection) to hit top chest and the same damage as before. My brutal and hard teams needed some champs switched out but other than that I've gotten all 3 top teams to auto again. I highly like manualing hydra and stand by the changes being more negative but with little changes I think teams can still work pretty well. Hopefully that's how it is for most players

Ответитьukko has always been insane for hydra, literally been running the same team: acrizia - nekmo - ukko - michinaki - shanael - krisk & he has always been carrying me putting out around 150M on nightmare hydra
ОтветитьHydra is just so sad, while I'm still hitting the 1.2b, it's much worse than before, it's less fun and more annoying to play, I just don't feel like making any of my team better since the current game mode is just annoying to play with
ОтветитьOne would have to win a siege, just once, to have a shot at a 9-piece feral set. So far we've not been matched with any clan that we mathematically have a chance to win against.

ОтветитьI feel like I'm the only one who likes the Hydra changes, I went from doing about 8B Clash points to 4B points post nerf because I made teams already utilizing Hydra mechanics as intended instead of using cheese. The Trunda teams are only really working in those top 100 clans, I'm the Clan Leader in a top 300 clan and Trunda teams are dead. Plarium just put out a Raid Digest yesterday saying they'll be looking at ways to stop 4 heads getting Serpent's Will and fixing some AI bugs as well so that should boost people's auto damage by a good chunk. Plarium has also stated they'll be looking at ways to nerf Trunda teams further if they're an issue so I wouldn't be surprised if they get hit again in a couple months. Overall I'm happy that me and my clan no longer have to deal with losing Clash rewards because some whale put out a 30-40-50+ Billion Trunda team on the last day and making all our keys pointless.

ОтветитьPersonally, I made some changes to my hydra teams and I'm actually doing better now post-changes. Having four heads take zero dmg is annoying but the game mode is doable I think, once you're familiar with the Hydra mechanics and bring the right champs/artifact sets
ОтветитьI dont understand the extreme negativity of the video. You guys complaied about Trunda Out Dmg-ing whole clans in 1 key, now she cant do that, currently she outpacing 4-5ish good nightmare keys rather than 60-90 keys across multiple difficulites. That is a substansual improvement.
The serpant Wills buffs being on multiple heads is a problem, as is nerfing taunt to do nothing (it should be that hydra devours taunt champs over other champs so it can atleast protect your DPS or healer/Reviver from getting eaten). If they fix these issues hydra would be perfect imo.
Overall, making Hydra harder is not a bad thing, imo. We play the game for a challenge, and u end game guys were just looking at the game mode as weekly rewards simulator rather than an actual endgame boss battle, and id much rather a boss thats is beatable but scales to become harder, than curxed city difficulty where you have to stun set rng to win.

ОтветитьYeah, this kinda video is just depressing to me. I don’t have these champs anywhere near the gear or even enough books to skill up my legendary champs. It does give me something to aspire to eventually but damn signing into my account after seeing these videos is quite the kick in the balls!! I went from doing 100~120 million damage on normal in auto to 30~60 m damage in auto. These hydra changes can eat my butt!! Love your content brother, peace.
