I've been watching a ton of videos in obsession of coffee gear and moving to whole bean as kind of a way to gather knowledge before making purchases so stuff like this is helpful. For the future, I wonder if we should be making milk first and then espresso cause of the crema in espresso. Also, I'm not sure if the espresso should be stirred before adding milk; I know that crema should be mixed into the rest of espresso before drinking the shot but I'm not sure about latte. maybe it might make a difference .

Whereabouts are you from in Europe? Oh one more thing... I wonder if this machine can simultaneously steam and create espresso at the same time? I'm guessing it can't cause single boiler?

Hi there. Can I make espresso with the Timemore C3? I will use it with a single wall basket. I'm thinking of going with the C3 I have until I get an espresso capable grinder. How is your espresso experience with the C3?
