dispute with altafonte over atlantean twilight

UPDATE: On my birtday (July 17) I received a notice that Altafonte had lifted their claim. Thanks to whomever got the message and moved on it.

This video is a plea to YouTube (the humans there), Altafonte Music and, indirectly, Kevin MacLeod.
It is to support my claim that I DID NOT USE the music "Sonia Echezuría & Kevin MacLeod-No Vale la Pena" in a previous video "Old style air conditioner" but that I used Atlantean Twilight

In the production of this video various pieces of music and web pages have been displayed.

I believe the web pages appear here under fair use rules.
