With regards to offering public wifi, please be careful. You should have a physically separate line. You don't want the police knocking on your door because someone downloaded - or worse, uploaded - kiddie porn and have to prove that it wasn't you. If it's a customer line then it's completely separate from your business line and you can easily demonstrate that.
