ОтветитьI completely understand. I didn't had a phone for a month and a half up until chrismas. So was off social media for a while snapchat insta all that. And tbh I needed it because I was pretty obsessed with my phone without even realizing it so itwas good to take a step back and get into more foccas so now that I have a phone and watched your video ima be way more responsible with it that way I can improve my game.

I’m not a super serious player anymore as I’m 25 with a full time job, wife, and kiddo, but your videos have helped me improve myself just in everyday life (and basketball). Keep up the great work!
hey coach taylor just wanted to thank you. You have changed my life through deep game. I was looking for anything to help me in basketball. Basketball has been big for me my entire life. I never played the deep game and it was holding back my basketball carrer. Thank u so much for making these types of free videos and the masterclass. Deep game has changed my life. I have been avg like 18 a game on varsity when last year i avg like 4 . Appreciate everything you are doing ❤

Ответитьhey , i play pro basketball and have really seriously considered shutting down my social media distractions like instagram for example. the only thing holding me back from it is that i follow some nice s&c coaches, skills coaches, basketball menthors and coaches, whose material i really like , and whose daily tips , routines, workouts, drills , and thoughts i really try to follow and implement in my life, whether it's off the court, on the court, in the weight room , meal plans , sleep routines, etc. i'm afraid if i delete it i'll lose a lot of that good and positive content, that i actually learn from. but on the other hand, i really wanna avoid being overwhelmed with unnecessary information and things that are distracting me and wasting my time in life. what would you suggest i should do?
