Who doesn't love Costco? I love just browsing around looking at all the unique things you can buy from Costco. I would love for you to come along with me and see what I usually buy when I go. I also whip up a quick chicken salad for lunch this week and can't wait to show you! Oh and let's not forget, my husband and I try some Costco food for the first time and give our thoughts! I hope you enjoy!

Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups chicken
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup mustard
Chili powder to taste

Directions: Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy over salad or make a delicious sandwich!
