I enjoy watching this dynamics, especially when considering what i think their mbti/cognitive types are (enfp,esfp & esfj). You can see the two who have these loud, big personalities from the begining 😂

It started as SS, Hoshi and DK match each other’s freak. Boo joined their thing and made it into a trio. Which is why they often joke that they should just drop Boo from BSS and just be SS whenever they wanna annoy him

I am fan since predebut, and Seoksoon has been a couple gag duo since their trainee days. Seungkwan joined later to form the official trio but he always looks like he's DONE with them half the time.

They have a whole bunch of songs…and have performed at several award shows, blowing the roof off every time. BSS are energy levels of 10000!

Its always these 3 acting out 🤣While in training they were nicknamed the gag trio and they form BSS (done mostly for comic relief but it took off). Definitely watch their performances.

Seungkwan is not really an 'outsider' in bss since the three of them are mood maker since predebut. but it's true that dk and hoshi just a different level of crazy. While dk and hoshi jokes alot as soonseok seungkwan hang out more arounds vernon, but dk actually closer to sk than hoshi when they predebut. Hoshi is scarier as trainees bcs he look after their performances. Although dk and hoshi joke around comfortablly, dk, seungkwan and mingyu are highschool peers in the same grade (although seungkwan born in 1998, a year younger than dk and mingyu). Even if they are highschool peers, sk still call mingyu and dk 'hyung'. Eventually, dk is closer to seungkwan than with hoshi who travel couple hours everyday to Namyangju-his school (his family finance was not so good and he received scholarship from the school, that's why he can't tranfer to school in Seoul at that time). Dk, seungkwan and vernon also hang out wuite often outside with vernon's younger sister predebut.

BSS is so huge in korea like their song fighting is still charting on korean music platform melon for more than 500 days!!!

BSS is starting from green room era (pre-debut) the most recognizable one was covering Catanella by Orange Caramel. Seungkwan is a comedy genius but SoekSoon are chaotic crackheads that's made Boo looked like a normal person🤣

Info: BooSeokSoon was formed as a gag unit with the most chaotic and unserious members..In 2018 they sang "just do it" at a fanmeeting as a special one-time skit which carats loved so they officially debuted with that song....In 2023 they had a comeback album Second Wind, its lead single "Fighting" topped the charts and won lots of awards including Daesang..it became a national anthem of korea...In 2024, BSS released the single "The Reasons of My Smiles", it's also the ost of kdrama 'Queen of Tears' which also peaked the charts and won Outstanding ost award...BSS song "Fighting" was also selected as the official cheer song for the Korean team at the Paris Olympics...they also performed at taeyang concert...they are booked and bagging all the awards

Bss original line was SeokSoon (dk + hoshi) since pre-debut. It was supposed to be joke between carat and svt only.

They self introduced themselves as seoksoon on 17tv (their training class that was lived streamed) that showed in this video, the members called them as their happy virus or their (they even said they will always dok the seoksoon things even after debut and even if carats tired of them they will keep doing it lol) and boo joined them later bc they matches each other jokes, and the trio cover their labelmate, Afterschool trio,sub unit, orang caramel-Catallena.

After 2 years debut as gift for fans, they gave a surprise stage with this unit BSS with song "Let's Do It" on their Caratland 2018, it also it become their debut stage.

Because the reaction from carat good, so Pledis decided to make the official unit and released the song and even made a (cheap) MV for that.

And 5 year after their debut (2023) they finally make a comeback with "Fighting" woozi wrote and produced the song for seventeen during Left & Right era, but the company rejected it bc it sound too cheerful for svt so he gave it for BSS when they heard company want to gave them comeback.


BSS was supposed to be cheerleader for seventeen only, then become carats cheerleader and now become Korean cheerleader, the song Fighting was the most streamed song in 2023, almost a full year's they charted no.1

BSS was a trio even before Seventeen's debut, but they debuted as an official unit in 2018 with their song 'Just Do It' (거침없이) but then didn't have a comeback until 2023, so 5 years later 💀 their title track of the 2023 comeback is 'Fighting' (파이팅 해야지) featuring Lee Youngji (from the alcohol show) which despite being funny was also a bop, and became extremely popular among both fans and other idols; the song alone got like 8 or 9 wins.

yep BooSeokSoon was a thing even pre-debut, they were known as the 'gag trio' (three of the funniest trainees) and they did funny stuff together even back then - for example they did a dance cover/practice of Orange Caramel (you might recognise them as the iconic "hA" "Ha" "HAA" trio of women) together

BSS was basically gag trio of SVT from predebut 'the variety show kings' , members jokingly suggested them to form a unit and company gave them a chance with their debut song 'just do it' , they thought it would be just an unserious fun thing but it got popular and loved by fans and locals , and then after 5 yrs they made comeback properly with an album 'second wind' which includes 3 songs :
