In this video I am showing the SA only trigger pull weight after the trigger upgrade job I did to my Rex Zero. The flat face short reset trigger and sear spring are from Armory Craft. The hammer spring is a competition one from Arlington Arms. This combination results in a much lighter and very smooth trigger action. The DA trigger pull is way down from 13lb to an average 6.5lb break. The SA trigger pull weight is also way down to an average of 2.75lb break. Both DA & SA pulls are very smooth. I knew when I bought this gun that the stock trigger was heavy and clunky and the biggest complaint. I do trigger jobs on all my guns so needless to say the trigger upgrade was the first thing I did right away. Right now I would say it's better than the p226 Legion SRT. The total cost of parts shipped was a hundred and thirty doll hairs and 20 mins of my time, not bad considering the results achieved. So far 150 rounds of mixed 115 and 124 grains FMJ and JHP and no issues. Anyone looking to do something similar I highly recommend.
