1 Tsp Rice wine vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 Tsp Freshly ground black pepper
1 Tsp Garlic, finely chopped
1 Tsp Ginger, minced
2 cups canola oil, for frying
1 Shallot, peeled , chopped
1Tbs Garlic, chopped
1 Tsp Ginger, minced
2 cups green beans, picked cut about 2 inches long
2cups bell peppers red/yellow/orange, cut bite size
1 Lemon, juiced or about 2 tbs or vinegar
1 Tsp Corn starch + about 4 Tbs water
1/2 Tsp Freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbs Butter ( used salted ) or more!
2 Scallions, chopped for finishing and garnish
2 Tbs Parsley, chopped for finishing and garnish
Salt to taste or as needed
