If you got fringe and you want those Betty Page bangs, use a fine tooth comb (make sure it’s heat resistant, cheapie combs won’t work) and blow dry your bangs over that.

This is also a great technique when your fringe is growing out and it’s slightly too long to wear as curtain bangs, use this technique to make them rounded and curl under so they’re short enough to wear as curtain bangs.

I’ve never seen anyone else do this, but I swear it works.
