LAMB CHOPS
ABOUT 0.72 oz. lamb chops ,1 RACK, 8 CHOPS
1 tsp ALL SPICE
1/2 tap ground black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 TSP garlic powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt to taste
2 thyme sprigs
2 Rosemary sprigs
1 tbsps. olive oil
2 tbsps. unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves
GREEN BEANS
3 lbs. Fresh Green Beans
8 - 12 slices beef Bacon
8 - 10 small red Potatoes
1 large yellow Onion
1 tbsp beef better than boulion
4-6 fresh Garlic cloves
4 cups Chicken/ beef stock
1 tbsp garlic powder & onion powder
1 tsp Salt and Pepper each or to taste
Cook on medium heat for about 1 hour and 15 min. or until desired tenderness
CORNBREAD DRESSING
Chicken Stock Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
or 1 pack bone in chicken breast
3 tbs better than bouillon
2 tbs each garlic, onion powder
about 5 fresh garlic cloves
1 tbs black pepper
1 bell pepper chopped
1 onion cut into pieces
Dressing Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 375
1 box of cornbread mix
4 cups of stuffing cubes
2 cans cream of chicken
2 tbs poultry seasoning or to taste
3 tbs soften butter
4- 5 cups homemade stock (adjust as necessary )
2 cups shredded chicken ( or desired amount)
Cook on 375 for 40 mins.
Your dressing will set once it's removed from the oven. DO NOT over cook
